The night before, I reviewed the checklist to gather the necessary materials and packed my bag carefully. I brought sunscreen, insect repellent, gloves, and plenty of water. Bringing all these items proved wise, as there were many insects and the sun was shining brightly. I felt truly excited to explore the forest.
When we arrived, I helped plant a small new forest near the Notre Dame de La Salette church. It was an incredibly exciting experience! My classmates, teachers, and members of the community were all there, working together.

Endemika provided 102 endemic plants from over 20 different species, which is truly impressive! Planting a small forest is crucial because it helps purify the air and creates a natural habitat for wildlife.
I made some wonderful friends who were very kind. We supported each other, especially when the plant bags were too heavy to carry alone. My role was to add fertilizer, and I truly enjoyed doing it.
